These draws are up and we are expecting the first two rounds to be played.

Be sure to use the booking sheets which are on the main coaching desk. Any queries can be directed to our fabulous manager Feleti.

Finals Day is Sunday 24th March.

The SGM was held Thursday night to amend the constitution in line with CW46 of the Income Tax Act 2007. The Motion was passed. A big thanks to all who attended.

Another thank you for the feedback regarding the "trial" of locking Gate 4. It's essential that we gather insights and perspectives from all members before making any permanent decisions.

We will take the time to reassess the situation thoroughly at our next meeting scheduled for March 18th. During this meeting, we will review all the correspondence and discussions surrounding the trial period.

Your input and feedback are invaluable as we navigate this process. Please continue to share your thoughts and observations so that we can make informed decisions that benefit the entire community.

Regarding the upcoming Lighting Project, it is truly exciting to see this initiative finally underway.

As we move forward with the project, Thompson Electrical, our chosen contractor, may begin some preparatory work around the courts. This is to ensure a smooth transition when the major works commence. Please rest assured that every effort will be made to minimize any interference with ongoing games and activities.

We understand the importance of maintaining regular play and want to ensure that the works do not disrupt any scheduled games. Thompson Electrical is committed to coordinating their efforts to be as unobtrusive as possible.

Your cooperation and understanding during this period are greatly appreciated, and we're looking forward to the positive changes the Lighting Project will bring to our club.

Ensuring Fairness and Accountability Regarding Club Guests

As we continue to enjoy our beautiful club and its surroundings, it has come to our attention that there may be some concerns regarding the invitation of non-member guests, especially when it becomes a regular occurrence.

While we appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to introduce friends and acquaintances to our club, it's crucial that we maintain fairness and accountability. Our regular playing and paid members should not feel burdened with supporting individuals who have not contributed through membership fees.

If inviting guests becomes a constant or regular event, we should consider having a conversation re membership. It's important to ensure that our club's resources are sustained by the collective contribution of all members.

We encourage everyone to be mindful of the privilege of inviting guests and to respect the rules and guidelines in place. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to bring them to the committee's attention. Open communication will help us address these matters effectively and maintain the integrity of our club.
