Notice of PLTC 2025 AGM is hereby given and will be held at 7 pm on Tuesday, 19^th August 2025.  The AGM will be held in person at the PLTC Clubrooms.

The AGM’s agenda, containing the business to be discussed, will be distributed via email by 5^th August, 2025.  Informal business can be raised from the floor, but no resolutions can be made from these.

The business of the AGM shall be elections, appointment of auditor, the receipt and adoption of the annual report and financial statements and any other business for which due notice has been given.

Nominations for president and committee members, proposed motions and other items of business must be received by email to secretary@pltc.co.nz from club members by 7 pm on 30^th July, 2025.  The nomination form can be found here and also on our website under "About Us/Documents."
